Learn what a fertility kit typically contains—like peppermint fertility tea, vitex, and red raspberry leaf—and how to use it for best results.
Quick answer
A fertility kit typically includes organic herbal teas like peppermint, vitex, and red raspberry leaf, plus a guide to help you use them consistently over two full cycles.
Why two cycles matter
Many women try a fertility tea for two weeks and stop, not realizing that your body's natural rhythm runs on a longer timeline. A kit designed for two full cycles—like one with 80 cups—gives you enough tea to stay consistent and actually notice changes.
Frequently asked questions
- What is typically included in a fertility kit?
- Most fertility kits contain organic herbal teas—such as peppermint, vitex, and red raspberry leaf—and a guide that explains how each herb supports your cycle. Some kits provide enough tea for two full cycles (e.g., 80 cups) to encourage consistency.
- How do I use a fertility tea kit?
- Steep one tea bag in hot water for 5-7 minutes. Drink one cup daily, ideally at the same time each day. Continue through your entire cycle, not just during fertile days. Follow the included guide for any specific timing instructions. Consistency across your full cycle is more important than when you drink it.
- How long should I use the kit before expecting results?
- Plan to use the kit for at least two full menstrual cycles. This gives your body time to adjust to the herbs and for you to observe any changes in your cycle or symptoms.
- Can I use the kit alongside other fertility treatments?
- Always check with your healthcare provider before combining herbal teas with prescribed fertility medications or treatments. The guide in your kit can help you discuss ingredients with your doctor.
